i've checked wrath.
no kamaloka/paliaka instances.
vitality sux (only mobs which drops herbs can drop vitality herb - so forget about that in IT/FOG/MOS/TOI etc). in 18h+ offline i've restored vitality for 4 minutes of exp. so, i think that varka/ketra should be perfect exp spot for 73-78 lvls (afaik there is good chance of herb drop - but not checked it on GF).
