i offered my person long time ago, and here i offering 1 more time, i have some ideas about new organization and i was speaking with some ppl about that but strange that they keeping silence, so here i wanna see ppl`s opinion about me
here some ideas, because useless to speak about cl with out offeering that ideas
the main point is to play by constant partys, not like "archer lfp!!!!" "who can help me in varka?!!"
equiping going inside the party, PartyLeader controling and equiping his party,
its will also solve the problem with PVP expirience and fun in pvp, no more "dance in song in 1 time!!!!"
also money sharing inside party, Supports always using less shots than DD, and had much more money from farm

its just some ideas

Its not bad idea but on freeshard its very hard to make normal const party.....but we will try

I apologize for "ignore". I heard about your clan strategy, but I didn't know that u want to be the leader. So I am telling sorry again.
Its not such a bad idea to make constant party, but it is very hard to realize. Maybe we can make 1 constant party. But if we will be able to make 2 it will be a little miracle. Not more;)

Now another question that we should discuss. Draven gave me the link where is said that dex will make a Hellbound server. For me its a problem. Be cos its an old sh1t. I want to play gracia final not less. With the same result we can play chronicle 1 or prelude.

Chronicle : Hellbound (a test server with Gracia Epilogue will be opened too )<<< so sooner or later they will implemnted gracia files on all servers after tests. 1 year on Hb is not so painfull Btw major aim should be thinking about how to organize people to earn fast money for ch and what base clan will we be. On chronicle higher than interlude clan base on nukers/daggers could be better choice than archers base clan :> (i think here not only about hb but gracia too)

There is no doubt const parties is best idea. These days its a must to have parties where ppl know each other and his skills. Every party should practice random/9on9 pvp to increse their own skill and team work. Equipping inside party gives clan leader more free time to manage clan, organise something or take care with his own party. I see only advantages.

Archers are still good. Just put trickster(real target=decreases resistance to bow attacks by 24%) or any dagger(critical wound=increases critical damage by 30%) in this party and u can earn pretty nice dmg. Of course u wont one shot a guy in full stacked party but this is a way to go. Dont forget about hex/mass block shield. Archers still pwnzz.

having certain constant parties is bad and almost impossible cause if not all the party is online we gonna have 3-4 parties with 4-5 ppl each and its impossible to go exp like this in high lvl areas also learn who your team pvp is good but what if you have to pvp in a random clan party cause your party isnt online
also ppl crafting inside party is bad cause its gonna be like having 4-5 different clans inside one clan. the main idea is to lvl up equip the same time

for example having one mage party full a grade including the wc and the ol and having the second party with its bishop in avadon its bad better put an avadon on the wc and a DC on the 2nd party's bishop cause when we go to mass pvp siege RB we all gonna die also imagine the bishop of the 1st party holding a SOM and the mage of the 2nd holding a valhalla again we gonna die the key is to have a pro clan instead of pro individuals

about the comment that the CL shouldnt craft things in order to to do other things i think that there are not many other things to do also if he needs time to organise raids maybe we can put someone in charge of crafting someone else in charge of recruiting etc but i think clan craft is essential for a clan

also having certain constant parties dont help ppl socialize with all the clan and makes ppl more hostile creating problems

maybe in the future after ch bid after ppl make a grade equip we can think about self craft

all that you have written here - can you apply it to clan that was on Existance and to your char? did you saw social clan life there? did you get nukers party for your Overlord? how about internationality on that server? btw there was 1 const party - destroyers

i can say more - clan was totaly dissbalanced, archers was with out healer/disco, about nukers better dont remind, never had BD and POW in pvp, WTF is that? about bishop i could only image

true, but i didnt play ONLY with destros, or i would be 80lvl w/o any sub
the problem was that its impossible to take in sh to destro pt, and sh cant create normal pt cuz clan has 1 buffer and 1 healer(who is recharger at the same time)
if now we have about 4 parties going on dex just make supports for 4 parties but not 5 supports (3 of them ee) and 33 all kinds of DD
and no need const parties here

about supports for partys - if you remember when we was preparing to play on existance there was topic about that, who will play on what class - but as you see totaly failed

Everyone in such party knows when to log/know about other members absence and u can box support. There is always a way to mix parties as possible when clan online is very low.

I will do my best. But if we want to be factorz we have to stick in certains parties or we wont stand against good++ clans.

There was always small groups of ppl which helped each other.
